The butler. An AI agent.
Sterling
“Very good, sir. Consider it done.”
Save hundreds of hours of staff time every week. Installed and looked after by a team on the Gold Coast.

You talk to Vera. Vera runs five departments. Each department has its own agents doing the work.
Counted from the logs of systems we run. Not projections.
Each one runs your diary, your to-do list and your inbox, and talks to the people around you. The difference is how they talk to you.

The butler. An AI agent.
“Very good, sir. Consider it done.”

The chief of staff. An AI agent.
“I'll nudge you until it's done.”

The front desk. An AI agent.
“Already sorted. You're welcome.”
Every agent is fully customised. These are starting personalities.
You talk to it like a person. Voice note, text, a photo of a whiteboard. It splits that into things to do and does them.

Six ways we work with businesses on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Start with one. Open any row for the detail.

Raw footage to posted, start to finish.
You film on a phone. The pipeline transcribes it, cuts the dead air, adds captions and graphics, drafts the caption and schedules the post. Corrections become rules the next edit follows. Done for you, or we train your team to run it.

The repetitive stuff, handled.
Email agents that read, sort and reply. Website automations that hand each lead to the right person. Reports that write themselves. We map what your team does by hand every week and automate the parts that don't need a human.

From one agent to five hundred. Trained per job.
Admin roles, each with a name, a brief and limits on what it can touch. Chasing invoices, reading spreadsheets, tracking where every truck is, pulling together the daily staff report. Your people get the hours back, with a human on anything sensitive.

Where we started. Now AI-first.
Websites, quote tools, a CRM built around how you actually work. We build with AI from day one, so the site carries its own chat assistant and automations, and the back office can live in a spreadsheet if that's all you need.

Starter, Intermediate, Advanced. One-to-one up to fifty people.
Starter gets your team using AI safely for everyday work. Intermediate builds workflows and automations. Advanced puts agents in their hands. All of it is teachable, on site or online, and every attendee leaves with something running.

Set up in line with Australian guidance.
A safe-use policy your staff will actually read, a review of where your data goes, and settings aligned to guidance from the National AI Centre and the OAIC. We tell you what's covered and what isn't. No badges we haven't earned.

Answers customers from your own content, 24/7, and hands the hot leads to a human.

Answers the phone, books the job, texts you the summary. Never on lunch.

A plain-English safe-use policy for your staff, aligned to Australian guidance.

We keep the agents running, tuned and reported on. You get the digest.
Four of the systems running right now. Hours-saved figures are estimates, with the working shown on the work page.
Reads the mailbox, matches replies to open invoices, checks the bank, sends the right chase at the right step. Any reply goes to a human.

A free 20-minute call, or a morning on site. We walk the business and find the gaps.
Agents, training, automations, a site: whatever the audit found. You approve each step and see it working.
Your team learns it. We stay on call, or on a monthly retainer, and report what the agents did.
Everything is quoted to your business. These are the floors, so you know where things sit before we talk. Add anything to your enquiry and we take it from there.

Your own chief of staff, butler or front desk. Set up on your phone, connected to your calendar and inbox, trained to how you work.

A fast, mobile-first site with quote or booking tools. Built AI-first, so a chat assistant can go on later.

A staff policy, an AI register and a data-flow review, aligned to NAIC and OAIC guidance.

We keep your agents running, tuned and reported on. You get a monthly digest of what they did.

An on-site team works through the business start to finish. We find the pitfalls, install agents where they earn their keep, and leave every employee with an agent of their own.
About the hour estimates. They come from systems we run, not projections. The credit-control agent saves about 4 hours a week (19 live cases, about 6 chase emails a day at 8 minutes each). The video pipeline saves about an hour per short against a manual edit. Your numbers will differ. Prices exclude GST unless your quote says otherwise.
If yours isn't here, the audit call is where we answer it properly.
Yes. Every agent introduces itself as an AI when it talks to anyone, and nothing goes out in your name without your approval. We don't dress it up as a person.
Your calendar, inbox and files stay in your own accounts. The agents work through the same permissions you'd give a staff member, and we write down exactly what each one can touch. We walk you through it on the audit.
No. The agents are set up to be run from a phone. Training is pitched at the people doing the work, not the IT department.
A single agent or a training day: usually within a couple of weeks of the audit. A full agent workforce or a bespoke build is scoped and dated before we start.
Everything is quoted. The contact page has starting-from prices for websites, agents and training, so you know roughly where things sit before we talk.
That's not the aim. The agents take the chasing, logging and sorting off your team's desks so the people can do the parts that need a person.
In person across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Online anywhere in Australia.
We come to you. Southport to Coolangatta, and up the M1 to Brisbane. Training rooms, warehouses, front desks: wherever the work actually happens.
Tell us what your week looks like. We'll tell you what an agent could take off it, and what we'd leave alone.
