These terms apply to services provided by Sterling Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 28 090 459 519), trading as System GC (“we”, “us”). Each job also has a written quote or proposal. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are starting points, not offers. Your quote sets out the work, the price, any monthly fees and the payment schedule. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms in your quote. Monthly fees for agents and retainers are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice unless your quote says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we agree we need.
- Review and approve AI-generated work before it is relied on, sent or published, unless you have set a written rule that allows it to go out automatically.
- Keep your own accounts, passwords and payment details private. Our agents never ask for card numbers or passwords.
AI output and estimates
AI systems can make mistakes. We build in checks and approval steps, but we don't promise any particular result. Any time or cost savings we quote are estimates based on our own systems, and yours may differ.
Ownership
Once paid for, you own the websites, content and custom code we build for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how, and you get a licence to use them as part of the work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the work
Either of us can end ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. You pay for work done up to that point.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
